📦 To be eligible for a refund:

• Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

• Email us at Shopwowstore.uk@gmail.com to initiate a return or refund.

🚫 Non-refundable situations:

• Change of mind after the return window has passed

• Items not in original condition or damaged due to misuse

• Sale items (if marked as “Final Sale”)

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?
We’ll replace or refund it — just send us a photo of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping.

• For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
